Hate to send this but: I've been going to schlotzkys forever. Of all the ones I've been to the sandwich served to me on fm 554 in Murphy was the worst ever. They had to have left out something. The ham was way to thick and tough. Just wasn't up to par. Told my neighbor of my experience.
