Ordered a Reuben and after waiting for 10 minutes was informed by the surly counter lady that they didn't have sauerkraut which pretty much makes it a reuben. Also overheard from a different order that they were out of French fries and homefries. Upon getting home the sandwich also didn't have the pickle that is supposed to be included.
