It?s a decent play area for kids. Few of the hooks are broken in toy section. I think they need to fix those. I felt it?s small place with lot of crowd. I am hoping it to be little big. As the name says ball factory it would have been nice if they had bigball pit where kids can slide and fall in. While coming out they will give a ball for free to every kid.????
