I audibly heard the blonde barista with the nose piercings make fun of my drink to another. Very poor customer service quality, and made me embarrassed as a customer. The drink I wanted was sold out on the mobile app, so I improvised. Not to mention it was made wrong, and they forgot the chocolate curls even though I paid for them. View all feedback.
