Coming from the area of hotel restoration, I think I have a more objective opinion. We waited more than an hour after the order and the arrival of the drinks to finally inform us of the absence of certain entries. In the end 40 minutes later still nothing even a basket of bread or other. So we left after almost 2 hours paying the drinks. Never seen it is unacceptable!
