Got the yellowtail and soft shell crab. Yellowtail was dry and didn't taste fresh at all. Crab was overcooked and tasted burnt.Service was okay, until I got the check and the price was changed from 4.25 to 7.25 for the yellowtail maki.Wouldn't had been an issue if the waitress would have just verbally explained instead of adjusting the number with pen when the check came. Just got back from Japan. This was a huge letdown. Honestly I can make sushi rolls better.
