My gosh, but Bob Evans has great breakfast items! Brother LOVED the Three Meat Cheese Omelet! Lots of protein, and not a lot of carbs helps him keep his blood sugar stable. He got the loaded hash browns, too, and they were certainly LOADED with proteins as well (pilled high with bacon and cheese!
