VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, POOR SERVICE!! I am newly engaged(1 month) and signed up for a tour of The Ruby with 130—150 guests. I received a text message from Dan stating that the venue was too small for my event and that he was going to cancel my tour.
