What omni king likes about Tapioca Express:
Great teas with boba and mochas are well made with great portion of the drink. Staff were quick with service and prices were reasonable. Parking is a bit challenging due to crowded with businesses strip mall. Easy access from nearby freeway. Will return when in the area.Atmosphere: 3/5 View all feedback.
What J P doesn't like about Tapioca Express:
I ordered a Vietnamese Ice coffee and it's the worst Vietnamese ice coffee I ever had. No hint of coffee at all. All milk sugar and ice (water down). Why call it a Vietnamese coffee such a disgrace to real Vietnamese. What a ripped off.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
