I am not a person who rarely speaks badly about the work of others, but I must say that running the brewery is far from effective. The place was cold, very dirty (tables, counters, plates and glasses), cheeses and charcuterie (12 euros for cheeses and 12 for charcuterie) super strong and extra-seasoned, beer completely degassed.
