Nix (night manager as he calls himself was very rude and provides no customer service whatsoever. I made an honest mistake of not removing something from the sandwich I was allergic to, I then asked him to provide me with another sandwich but he firmly rejected and told us he couldn't do much as it was my mistake as the customer , surprisingly though he had no problem refunding me the money after going back and forth...
