When I arrived and stated my name for the reservation, Joe the manager knew exactly who I was from a phone call I'd made days before the event. He kindly introduced himself, and led us to our table. This was just the start of all positive things to follow through out the night. We ended up having a few extra guests but, no problem...they just simply accommodated us without hesitation!
