this was a great stop on the road back from the adirondacks! this health food store had a large selection of food, some bulk options, and a caffe with hot drinks, smoothies, juices and some food options. we have her lens soup. it is really delicious and they let us try first so we could make sure we like it. we also have a vegan chia bar that I like to try and took some snacks for the road including vegan cheese puff... we have taken a detour to get here after the reviews. the caffe consisted of 2 suppen, a fridge full of sandwiches/ wraps, some smoothies and some baked goods. there were only two vegan options. one was a carrot soup and the other was a veggie wrap. none of them saw all this appetit. this is definitiw not worth the 30-minute reroute. best either after schenectady albany or if they go the other direction syrakus.
