This was the easiest vegan option on the market and I tried it based on these reviews as there was no description of it and the staff was busy. You can only order a half (the neighborhoods are not an option), but I ended it all! This has avocado, tomatoes, greens, olives, capers, creamy hummus and some rugged vegan cheese. I had a vegan muffuletta here (one of their few vegan items). Much like po’boys and gumbo, a muffuletta is a standard NOLA dish, and *very* filling.
