It was so great to be back at CArrollton Market. I felt like I was coming home. The prix fixe menu was exquisite and the wine pairing right on target. I hope some of the dishes make it to the regular menu the stand outs were beet salad with the fresh chèvre, the strip loin of beef with potato espuma and the bread and butter pudding.
