Amazing service and amazing food! I took my cousins from out of town to come tour around the city, and I decided to let them try some Italian food and we went to Carmine's. Service is very slow, food was average. We had a reservation for 2:45, and despite arriving on time we had to wait 25 minutes because there were no tables available. When we sat down, no waiter bothered to check in with us for a good 10 minutes, and after placing our orders we had to wait another 50 or so minutes for our pasta to arrive.
