Great breakfast place (have not tried other times of day), frequented by neighborhood folks. Kitchen is very efficient. Lots of great options, nicely prepared. The number of dishes that come with a salad at breakfast seems odd to me, but plenty of people seem to love it. Reservations mandatory on weekends, helpful during the week. Go here whenever in NYC. Nice ambience and service but outrageously expensive for below average food. We went for breakfast my friend ordered blueberry pancakes, and I ordered avocado toast. The pancakes were huge, but instead of actual blueberries, there was a thick layer of canned blueberry pie filling on top.
