Someone decided to flatten the bagel before it was boiled and place in the oven. Paid extra for lettuce, tomato and onion which was extremely sparse. The layer of meat was incredibly thin throughout (hard to even spot amongst the bread), and not a hint of oil or vinegar, which was listed.
