I have been to this location twice. Both times there has been one woman absolutely killing it with the customer service. She's as quick and as efficient as she can be as one person against a rush of customers. I went because I read they had amazing hot chocolate. This is not true. It was actually the most bitter hot chocolate I've tasted. In addition, they have no marshmallows, cinnamon and I had to request the server to put whipped cream. Even with the whipped cream I ended giving the hot chocolate to a homeless man.
