Outstanding as usual! My husband and I both had the Dover Sole beautifully prepared and served alongside yummy fingerling potatoes, paired with the wonderful French white burgundy! Dessert was a delicious apple tarte tatin and incredible macaroons. As an added treat we were served a glass of champagne for a lovely Holiday treat.
