We were kept waiting 20 minutes before being served. And then waited ages for the food to arrive.the staff were unfriendly and made no effort to come over. Asked for ketchup when our food arrived and it never came. Music volume was turned up and down constantly. And was as loud as a club at times. Food was okay. However the burger buns were stale. Complained to the staff but she just ignored us and gave us the bill.... View all feedback.
