Soooo delicious and light! The light, milk flavor is delicate and perfectly accompanied by the ripe mango we had on our mango bingsu. The dessert is very fluffy and soft. It literally melts gently in your mouth. Much easier on the teeth than traditional shaved ice! I look forward to coming back so I can try strawberry next.
