Seriously the toasted cheese sandwich that I had from the Cheese Truck (Stall at the Maltby Street markets is the best cheese sandwich I've ever had, no way would I ever consider to load up two thick slices of sourdough bread and basically fill it with enough cheese to feed a family and then toast it on a hot buttery barbecue plate. Tried two of the sandwiches when it was hosting ath the back of a hotel in blackfriars. I had been looking for this truck as they come to conventions and such all over the world. The one I got was a basic cheese and onion grilled cheese. There wasn't as much as cheese as I thought there should be and the flavourings were all too impressive.
