Update!!They made amends on the issue below with absolutely no hassle.THANK YOU Jet’sOrdered a pizza online. Normally I’d call it in. Get to the location and the order isn’t even in their system. I got a confirmation email and the charge hit my card. I am contesting it. Reached out to the company TWICE but I’ve never heard back. Too bad too. They’ve got decent pizza. Great pizza, but operations were poorly managed. I ordered ahead, was the first person to walk in the door, and waited when they told me my order would be ready in six minutes. The next time I asked about it they said 13 minutes. I got there before 7:30 and didn't leave until 8:00. Great pizza, poor service. View all feedback.
