What Jean Thomas doesn't like about Ming China:
Horribly dry, hard and limp beef teriyaki (see photo below). To spend $70 or $80 for two people and get food that is inedible. Not sure why there are 5 star reviews. If you know what good food is, avoid this place. This is why so many restaurants go out of business. The chicken teriyaki is ok and also the chicken fingers, but it hard to dry out chicken.
