really bad service ordered a classic and got an order number. waited a long time in the cold and then command about 5 after our left with their, I asked where my order was. they said they threw that slip away. I then asked for a refund and they said that it would not be possible. after years of activity in retail management, I can only say that the staff needs a better mentorship. View all feedback.
