Rude and discourteous manager, Ms. L. Louis is definitely in need of more training in customer service. My Sandwich was not made per my request. After bringing the error to her attention she became confrontational, and WITHOUT looking at the sandwich told me in an ANGRY and unpleasant tone that it WAS prepared correctly!
