I visited the Troika to experience Ukrainian cuisine. The restaurant was (the host after) fortunately opened the first day as it was previously on holiday. He also apologised that there are restrictions on the courts. The restaurant was decorated with many small Ukrainian little things (cups, flags, garments) and in between Russian Soviet finds.
