It was a very friendly and accommodating team this morning. When I noticed my large latte was made of mostly milk (10 or more oz- gah! and was on the light side of how coffees go (take it from a native NYer, light has a specific meaning , I asked to have the same coffee remade in the medium-sized cup with less milk and they kindly remade the coffee for me. It was perfect and I was very grateful. View all feedback.

this dunkin has to work on her customer service for a great time! there is no greeting at the drive thru, no friendly faces or smiles. in any case it can be better! View all feedback.
I think all the recent reviews cover everything wrong with this place. Poor service, constantly...
