On a recent visit to Dusseldorf, my family and I had dinner at Zum Schiffchen and it was wonderful. At the table, we had a bread and cheese plate, Weiner schnitzel, oxtail stew and sausage platter, and for dessert we had Apple strudel. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. I've eaten better beef rolls but they were okay. The beef roll was good but the gravy i did not really like and i have had this dish many times. Hmm...it was a dark gravy but just didn't seem to taste like from the beef rolls juices. But, it was good and the waiter was friendly. View all feedback.
