I'm no chef, but anyone can cook eggs. Apparently not at il circolo. After being told i couldn't have the mushroom dish- because they'd run out of mushrooms, i chose simple poached eggs and bacon, with a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was luke warm and powdery- the worst I've ever tried. The eggs were so overcooked they barely even resembled eggs, more like rubber space ships.
