We attended the first Bubbles and Brunch today at the Midlothian location and we thought it was fantastic. I hope there will be more brunches offered in the future. The Tuscan-Grilled Filet* 9 oz was too tough. The cut had to be USDA Select. It was not worth that price. The seasoning was great, but, too tough for $36. Same with the NEW! Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye* 16oz. The steaks were cooked to the correct temperature, but both were way too tough, and not that fresh for the prices. I hate that too.
