We were then taken to our table when the food was ready. Customer service is excellent, as is the food and wine. We have visited the Castleman Hotel restaurant a number of time over the years and the food and service have always been excellent. Last night, as always, the staff were lovely, but the food! I object to paying £28 for a fillet steak meal, which then turned out to be 3 slices of meat (not even a steak) a small amount of potato rosti, and lots and lots of lettuce.
