This isnt a travel review. We live in hitchin and this place is fabulous. Go past at the crack of dawn and you will see the propieter firing up his oven and shortly thereafter (well by about 6:30 am) you can purchase te world's best croissants, beautiful breads of all types, quiches, tarts.
