the food was blanching. everything was shadowed by brown and inconspicuous. lobster was rubbery. risotto was good. plates from the table removed without asking and we still used them. spinat up on polanta was watery. very limited menu. they also forgot to give me my $45.00 food credit and after 47 minutes to try to get this firm, I gave up and was fixed with the full $211.00 bill for 2 people. Food was not as good as Vegas was. Expected the same quality. Took over 2 hours. Almost an hour...
