Food was correct upon receipt. I didn't have to repeat myself when ordering. Cashier was friendly. Only real complaint is that, like all other Carl's, is that it takes a relative eternity to actually get the food. Will revisit and rerate based on this criteria. View all feedback.

The worst...took 45 minutes to get a decent meal.Waited 15 minutes in an EMPTY restaurant to get served. I finally started yelling for the guy in the drive through window to see if I needed to drive my car through to get served. Then when I got my fries and hand breaded chicken, I got the ones that had been sitting under the heat lamp for the 30 minutes I was there. I just grabbed them and left...but they were so ter...
