What User likes about El Pollo Loco:
I love the chicken here. They also have broccoli and salads and Koleslaw. The Tortilla soup is also amazing! That was our third time in the passage at this point. This time it was good, for the first time they were from the chicken. The second time they were from Broccoli. I guess the third time is really a charm! We'll see what happens next.... Staff on Racist. They don't talk. Go thru drive thru and ride girl says only order when ready. Don't even say welcome to El Pollo Loco or something. The manager to ask is a joke because she'll come back and say he's on a break and can't talk to you. Very bad service. Can't wait to call companies and report this location View all feedback.
