was thrilled to try the pho here. the rare steak pho was $10.50, which might be a dollar or so above average. there is an additional fee of 1.00 if they ask for their meat on the side instead of in the suppe (this is done so that the meat is not cooked over until they get it). not sure why this would be an additional fee to put it simply in a small plate instead of in the suppe.
