We have dined here many times for both lunch and dinner. Have never had an experience like this before. Server was nice but needs to work on table management. Asked the server for a clean plate, never got it. Asked a bus person for one, came immediately. Fries served with meal were tepid at best. Server said he would get us fresh fries. Never got them.
