I have always liked their cakes. However, their service is horrendous. They don’t own up to their mistakes ever. I had ordered a birthday cake for my sister a day prior last year and when I went to pick it up, I found out that they had forgot to put my order in the system and ended up giving me a frozen cake along w two croissants to make it up for that. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered this year... View all feedback.
