As a vegetarian, I'm always excited about falafel but I think a little extra forethought to build a way to warm up the pita bread is not asking for a lot. If they do it in NY in a mere falafel stand (the kind with a metal cart and umbrella, they can do it here in a food truck or restaurant. read more.
