Arrived lunchtime August. One table of four persons were on the ground floor, and we were asked to go upstairs. We waited waited. A waitress even came up to clear another table...no offer of taking the order, thinking she'd be back up shortly....No way! Eventually had to go down and ask to be served. As per previous Mrs customer, no apology, nor was everything all right View all feedback.
