Having lived in New York for years our usual breakfast would be a bagel smothered with cream cheese. Now of course that’s on the unhealthy side, so I wasn’t expecting anything like that, but come on, I ordered the tuna bagel, and the lady...smeared a stingy thin layer of it with a spatula — gosh, and I told her I was from New York and was eager to try it.
