So apparently making a proper burrito is not being taught to the Rubio's staff members. I ordered the new Langostino burrito. $20 with tip. I always tip. What was given to me was a loosely wrapped tortilla with its ingredients falling all over the plate. I expressed dismay to the person who delivered it only to be met with a blank stare.
