I visit I Sushi every week on my trips through Knoxville and Oakridge. This is the best sushi restaurant in the area. To say the rolls are great is an understatement, they are absolutely fantastic. I never realized how much the texture of the avocados in my sushi mattered until eating here. Every other place I eat at normally has them squishy but these were kind of hard.
