my recent experience was devastating. order by the app and waited 45 minutes. press the red button we bring it right from 20 minutes later we will bring it out after we get your shake again. the shake was fresh. the only thing in an order they don't want to be so fresh, they can't drink it was the only thing freshly made. I ordered our meal on the sonic app. I thought the app was convenient and efficient. after the ordering and reception of our food, however, I realized that we lacked a BLT toaster. I returned to the load and went through the drive thru and told them that a sandwich was left out. they tried to solve the problem quickly, but the exchange was badly done and without professionalism.
