Can't quite give it a 5 Star, but will give it a 4+ Stopped there this afternoon to pick up for home. Bought a full rack of ribs and 1 lb. Pulled Pork. Excellent flavor and would highly recommend it for people who doesn't like a lot of smoke taste. We could not slice the ribs, the meat fell off of the bone when we tried that.
