We joined our monthly dining group and decided to try Salimar Ceviche Bar. They were very accommodating to a large group and were able to split the checks! Huge plus. The entrees were varied and good. Many of us were confused with some of the entrees but got clarification from our server. I didn’t know my entree would be fried, but it wasn’t terrible.
