I wish employees would actually call out names at a sound level that people could hear. Or sometimes at all. I was waiting for my mobile order feeling a bit anxious because my drink was taking far longer than the estimated in the mobile app (10 mins longer), and it was making me close to being late for work. I was listening for my name the whole time that I was there. They never called it. And they put it in the drin... View all feedback.
I was patient... but man, The worse Starbucks I have ever been to, they need to hire new people...
