Order soup on the mobile app when I got there. I'm told they don't have soup and I have to take chili. I refused and asked to be refunded they handed me the pin pad with a blank screen, but it did not say a refund. When I asked for a receipt, I was told they don't have receipts if I want they could take a picture with my phone. What the hell is going on at this location. I can't believe how rude they are. Absolute terrible customer service. The lady’s working here are rude and don’t even acknowledge...
Consistently brutal service, everyone there seems distracted and moves painfully slowly.
